【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforcontinuouslyhot-dipcoatedproductsmadeoflowcarbonsteelsforcoldforming,ofsteelsforconstruction,ofsteelswithhighproofstrengthforcoldformingandcoatedwithzinc(Z),zinc-ironalloy(ZF),zinc-aluminiumalloy(ZA),aluminium-zincalloy(AZ)oraluminium-siliconalloy(AS),andforcontinuouslyhot-dipcoatedproductsmadeofmultiphasesteelsforcoldformingcoatedwithzinc(Z)zinc-ironalloy(ZF)orzinc-aluminiumalloy(ZA)withthicknessesof0,35mmto3mmunlessotherwiseagreedThethicknessisthefinalthicknessofthedeliveredproductaftercoating.Thisdocumentappliestostripofallwidthsandtosheetscutfromit(>600mmwidth)andcutlengths(<600mmwidth).NOTE1Productscoatedwith(pure)aluminiumcanalsobeavailable,butarenotcoveredbythisEuropeanstandard.NOTE2Byagreementatthetimeofenquiryandorder,thisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletocontinuouslyhot-dipcoatedflatproductsinthicknesses<0,35mmor>3mmwithagreedmechanicalproperties,adhesionofcoatingandsurfaceconditionrequirements.NOTE3TheproductscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardareusedwherecoldformability,highstrength,adefinedminimumyieldstrengthandcorrosionresistancearethemostimportantfactors.Corrosionresistanceoftheproductisproportionaltothecoatingthickness,hencetoitsmass(seealso7.3.2).TheproductscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardcanbeusedassubstratesfororganiccoatedflatproductsspecifiedinEN10169-1andEN10169-2orEN10169-3forbuildingandgeneralengineeringapplications.NOTE4Byagreementatthetimeofenquiryandorder,thisEuropeanstandardisapplicabletoothercontinuouslyhot-dipcoatedhotrolledsteelflatproducts(e.g.inaccordancewithEN10149-2).
