【摘要】:1.1Thispracticeexplainstheprocedureforobtainingarepresentativesampleoffreshlymixedcontrolledlow-strengthmaterial(CLSM)asdeliveredtotheprojectsiteonwhichtestsaretobeperformedtodeterminecompliancewithqualityrequirementsofthespecificationsunderwhichtheCLSMisfurnished(Note1).Thispracticeincludessamplingfromrevolving-drumtruckmixersandfromagitatingequipmentusedtotransportcentral-mixedCLSM.ThisPracticeisbasedonPracticeC172forconcrete.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundequivalentsareshownforinformationonly.Compositesamplesarerequiredbythispracticeunlessspecificallyexceptedbyproceduresgoverningtheteststobeperformed,suchasteststodetermineuniformityofconsistencyandmixerefficiency.Proceduresusedtoselectthespecifictestbatchesarenotdescribedinthispractice.Itisrecommendedthatrandomsamplingbeusedtodetermineoverallspecificationcompliance.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(Warning:Freshhydrauliccementitiousmixturesarecausticandmaycausechemicalburnstoskinandtissueuponprolongedexposure.)1.3Thispracticeoffersasetofinstructionsforperformingoneormorespecificoperations.Thisdocumentcannotreplaceeducationorexperienceandshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithprofessionaljudgement.Notallaspectsofthispracticemaybeapplicableinallcircumstances.ThisASTMstandardisnotintendedtorepresentorreplacethestandardofcarebywhichtheadequacyofagivenprofessionalservicemustbejudged,norshouldthisdocumentbeappliedwithoutconsiderationofaprojectsmanyuniqueaspects.Theword"standard"inthetitleofthisdocumentmeansonlythatthedocumenthasbeenapprovedthroughtheASTMconsensusprocess.
