【摘要】:Theeditinginstructionsareshownbolditalic.Foureditinginstructionsareused:change,delete,insert,andreplace.Changeisusedtomakesmallcorrectionsinexistingtextortables.Theeditinginstructionspecifiesthelocationofthechangeanddescribeswhatisbeingchangedbyeitherbyusingstrikethrough(toremoveoldmaterial)orunderscore(toaddnewmaterial).Deleteremovesexistingmaterial.Insertaddsnewmaterialwithoutdisturbingtheexistingmaterial.Insertionsmayrequirerenumbering.Ifso,renumberinginstructionsaregivenintheeditinginstruction.Replaceisusedtomakelargechangesinexistingtext,subclauses,tables,orfiguresbyremovingexistingmaterialandreplacingitwithnewmaterial.Editorialnoteswillnotbecarriedoverintofutureeditionsbecausethechangeswillbeincorporatedintothebasestandard.
