【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesdestructivetestproceduresandtestpiecetypesnecessarytoperformthetestsonbrazedjoints.Brazedjointsareusedinawidevarietyofassembliesandthedesignrequirementsplaceduponthesejointswillalsovarywidely;therewillusuallybesomelevelofstrengthrequiredbutthismaynotbeexplicitlystatedandisfrequentlyofminorimportancecomparedtosomeothercriterion,e.g.hermeticity.Itfollowsthatatestwhichmeasuresstrengthmaybetotallyirrelevantinassessingajointforaparticularapplicationwherestrengthisaminorconsideration.Thissituationismademorecomplicatedbecausebrazedjointsarealmostinvariablydesignedtobeloadedinshearandthedimensionsofthejointaffecttheshearstrengthtoamuchgreaterextentthantheydothetensilestrength.Thetestsdescribedinthisstandardhavebeenusedsuccessfullytogiveinformationonspecificpropertiesandwheresuchinformationisneeded,itisrecommendedthatoneofthembespecified.Itisvitaltorecognizethatformanyfabricationsnoneofthesetestswillbesuitableandspecifictestswillhavetobedevised,whichdoyieldtherequisiteinformation(whichmaybequalitativeratherthenquantitative).Thedestructivetestmethodsdescribedareasfollows:a)sheartests(seeclause4);b)tensiletests(seeclause5);c)metallographicexamination(seeclause6);d)hardnesstests(seeclause7);e)peeltest(seeclause8);f)bendtests(seeclause9).Detailsofbursttestsarenotincludedasthesearenotcommonlyusedonbrazedjoints.Thetypeoftestpiecedescribedforeachtestcanbequotedorincorporatedinengineeringapplicationsstandardsthatdealwithbrazedassemblies.Theresultsofthetestsareused:1)todeterminebasicdataregardingfillermetalperformance;2)toarriveatoptimumbrazingdesigns(includinggaps)andbrazingprocedures;3)torelateproductionresultstoresultsachievedindevelopment.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotrecommendthenumberofsamplestobetestedortherepeattestsallowed.Neitherdoesitspecifymethodsofsamplingbrazedjoints,excepttogiveguidanceregardingtheprecautionsnecessary,nordoesitcommentontheacceptancecriteriaapplicabletoanyofthetests.Noattemptismadetodefinewhichtestortests,ifany,shouldbeappliedinanysituation.Thisisamattertobeestablishedbeforeanyparticularmethodoftestisselected.

【摘要】:ThisStandardcoverssteamsystemsthataredefinedasasystemcontainingsteamgenerator(s)orothersteamsource(s),asteamdistributionnetworkandend-useequipment.Cogenerationandpowergenerationcomponentsmayalsobeelementsofthesystem(gasturbines,backpressuresteamturbines,condensingsteamturbines).Ifsteamcondensateiscollectedandreturned,thecondensatereturnsubsystemisapartofthesteamsystem.ThisStandardsetstherequirementsforconductingandreportingtheresultsofasteamsystemenergyassessment(hereafterreferencedasan"assessment")thatconsiderstheentiresystem,fromenergyinputstotheworkperformedastheresultoftheseinputs.Anassessmentmeetingthisstandardneednotaddresseachindividualsystemcomponentorspecificsystemwithinanindustrialfacilitywithequalweight;however,itshallbesufficientlycomprehensivetoidentifythemajoropportunitiesforimprovingtheoverallenergyperformanceofthesteamsystem.ThisStandardisdesignedtobeappliedprimarilyatindustrialfacilities,butmostofthespecifiedprocedurescanbeusedinotherfacilitiessuchasthoseintheinstitutionalandcommercialsectors.
